The ‘Helping You Buy’ event will take place this Saturday, 20th October, between 11am and 3pm. Independent experts will be offering free mortgage advice to guide first time buyers in what they can afford. In addition, there’ll be the opportunity to obtain an agreement in principle with a specific lender – and those who are unsure of what that is, get the chance to learn more about making the move into their dream home.
In the current market, there are a variety of incentives designed to help first-time-buyers make the first step, and while they are helpful, it is easy to become overwhelmed with the bombardment of information on offer. Expert advice will be available on the day to allow guests to have their questions answered and learn more about lending schemes and various mortgage options.
In addition to having their queries answered, the guests to the event will be eligible for our First Time Buyer package, which will ensure free legal fees, as well as £500 worth of John Lewis vouchers for anyone who attends the event and eventually completes their move to a new Harron Home.
