We're actively looking for new land opportunities across Yorkshire and the North Midlands as we continue to grow our development portfolio.

We consider opportunities at every stage of the planning process, from sites with planning permission already in place to strategic land with longer term development potential.

  • 30–200 plots: Residential development opportunities
  • Executive housing: Smaller sites of up to 30 higher-value homes
  • Greenfield & brownfield: Opportunities across both
  • Mixed use & conversion: Including sites with a residential element
  • Immediate & strategic land: Short, medium and long term opportunities, with or without planning
  • Rural & urban locations: Including sensitive and conservation-area sites
