We’ve just moved into our new home at Mastin Moor, and throughout the entire process we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better person to help guide and support us through the buying process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier.

The whole experience from buying to actually moving in to my new home was professionally handled by your sales team at castle gardens, especially Nat, who guided us through the whole process. The build team are helpful and professional in their work ethics. We would like to say thank you Harron Homes Castle Gardens team.

Having lived in a couple of new-build homes, we have something to compare with, and genuinely feel that the overall quality and finish of our Harron home is better than some of the other builders we’ve experienced. What has really stood out, though, is the customer service. Communication was excellent throughout and issues are listened to, followed up and actually dealt with.

A special mention has to go to Jackie, the Sales Executive, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, always being approachable, helpful and willing to sort things out. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and she consistently exceeded our expectations. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares about the customer experience rather than simply getting the sale completed.

Nat, our saleswoman, was fantastic throughout. She made it really clear what was required from us at every stage, which was invaluable as first-time buyers, and kept in great communication the whole way through – it genuinely put us at ease. Rowan, the site manager, went above and beyond, and all the workers on site were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Harron Homes – thank you to Nat, Rowan and the whole team!

From the moment I heard her voice on the telephone to now beginning to choose our extras for our new home, I knew we would purchase our forever home with Ann. Ann has provided exceptional customer service throughout. Working hard to get us the perfect home, in the perfect plot, within our timelines, working quickly and going out of her way for us. We have used the part exchange scheme with Harron which is going very smoothly and quickly so far and Ann’s recommended mortgage advisor and solicitors have also been excellent.
