We’ve just moved into our new home at Mastin Moor, and throughout the entire process we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better person to help guide and support us through the buying process. Having lived in a couple of new-build homes, we have something to compare with, and genuinely feel that the overall quality and finish of our Harron home is better than some of the other builders we’ve experienced. What has really stood out, though, is the customer service. Communication was excellent throughout and issues are listened to, followed up and actually dealt with.

A special mention has to go to Jackie, the Sales Executive, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, always being approachable, helpful and willing to sort things out. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and she consistently exceeded our expectations. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares about the customer experience rather than simply getting the sale completed.

Nat, our saleswoman, was fantastic throughout. She made it really clear what was required from us at every stage, which was invaluable as first-time buyers, and kept in great communication the whole way through – it genuinely put us at ease. Rowan, the site manager, went above and beyond, and all the workers on site were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
