Housebuilder Harron Homes has recently supported Newark based charity The Rope Project, local to its Bilsthorpe Chase development by donating 100 chocolate Easter eggs.

The Rope Project is a non-profit organisation helping men, women, and families who have fled domestic violence to have access to basic household items free of charge. The project runs a number of initiatives to raise money, makes physical donations, and provides practical and emotional support, all of which is delivered with the help of a team of dedicated volunteers.

Led by Toni-Louise Newcombe, the charity’s Easter campaign aims to hand out a total of 1,500 Easter eggs to a number of organisations including the Rainbow Hospice, Newark Child Bereavement Centre, women’s refuges and Kings Mill Hospital to support families and individuals in need.

Toni-Louise said: “We are so grateful to receive this donation from Harron Homes. It’s fantastic to be able to help those who need it most by bringing a bit of normality and Easter joy to people’s lives.”

Natalie Griffiths, Sales and Marketing Director at Harron Homes North Midlands, said: “We are pleased to see our donation help The Rope Project get closer to their target. We hope the families and individuals they reach are able to have a brighter Easter this year.”

Bilsthorpe Chase can be found at Kirklington Road, Bilsthorpe, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 8SH and more information on the development can be found at https://www.harronhomes.com/find-a-home/nottinghamshire/bilsthorpe-chase.
