We have officially opened the doors to two brand new showhomes at our Castle Gardens development in Pontefract, where the Mayor of the city of Wakefield Metropolitan District, Cllr. Maureen Tennant-King, cut the ribbon to mark the occasion, accompanied by Consort Terry King and Mace-bearer Dave Jones. We have strengthened our commitment to community investment across Derbyshire by sponsoring the Midlands Residential Development Conference (RDC) in September, an event which raised £1,565 for Derby-based charity the Padley Group. The Midlands RDC brings together professionals from across the region’s housing and property sector, with its annual charity raffle supporting housing-related causes. A young designer from Sheffield has seen his imagination come to life at our Forge Green development in Killamarsh, where his winning bedroom design has been recreated inside the development’s new Shelford showhome. The launch of Forge Green’s showhomes gave Azaiah the chance to see his design unveiled in person, and to officially cut the ribbon to open the new Moreton and Shelford showhomes.
