The Deputy Mayor of Rotherham has officially declared the showhomes at a sought-after development in Wickersley open during a special VIP event.
Harron Homes unveiled the gorgeous, four-bedroom Buxton and Settle showhomes at Rosendale Gardens, its collection of family-sized properties on the southern outskirts of the Yorkshire village, during the midweek evening event.
Local business people, as well as public figures from across the region, were invited, while Councillor Ian Jones, Deputy Mayor of Rotherham, and his wife, Tracey, were the guests of honour.
Attendees were treated to a delicious selection of canapés, while a Prosecco van was parked outside the Sales and Marketing Suite throughout to offer a glass of sparkling wine to guests upon their arrival.
The Buxton boasts a light and airy living room, a dual-aspect kitchen/diner with French doors leading to the private rear garden, and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.
The first-floor landing leads to three good-sized bedrooms, one of which as its own en-suite facilities, and a main family bathroom.
The top floor is dedicated to the magnificent en-suite master bedroom, which comes complete with a dressing area.
Meanwhile, the Settle features a spacious living room, a versatile kitchen/diner with French doors leading to the private rear garden, a handy utility room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.
Upstairs is home to four well-proportioned bedrooms, including the en-suite master bedrooms, a stylish family bathroom.
