Our team at De Maulay Manor in New Rossington has come together to celebrate Site Manager Paul Jezusek’s recent Seal of Excellence success, marking the achievement with a well-deserved hog roast on site.
Paul earned the prestigious NHBC Seal of Excellence following his earlier Pride in the Job Quality Award, placing him among the top site managers in the country. The gathering offered the site team, subcontractors and staff from across the development an opportunity to recognise the hard work, dedication and teamwork behind the award.
The team enjoyed food and celebrated the build standards that contributed to the win, from consistency and leadership to technical excellence and attention to detail.
Paul said: “Winning the Seal of Excellence was an incredible moment, and being able to celebrate it with the team who made it possible means a lot. Everyone here plays a part in delivering the high standards recognised by the NHBC, so this event was as much for them as it was for me.”
