Our team are celebrating after the site manager from our Shelf-based development won the prestigious LABC Site Manager Award!
The site manager, Alan Whittel, entered the award after managing the build of 30 detached 4 and 5-bedroom luxury homes at the Moorbank Lea development in Shelf, Halifax, which has one third of the homes now occupied and is set to be complete for March 2019.
The award comes after 15 years of working on various developments in the industry. Alan modestly commented on his award: “It feels absolutely amazing to have won such a prestigious and sought-after award. Harron Homes’ high standards, high specification and hardworking team helped me to achieve this outstanding accolade, I can’t thank them enough.”
LABC Warranty recognises the dedication and commitment it takes to deliver quality sites and every year Site Managers across the country are rewarded for their exceptional contribution to construction with the regional and national Site Manager Awards.
LABC Warranty Risk Management Surveyors are responsible for nominating Site Managers who go the extra mile and through a partnership with LABC, the Site Manager Award is presented at each of the regional LABC Building Excellence Award ceremonies where each award winner secures a place at the national finals later this year.
