sports youthHousebuilder Harron Homes has been showing support for the local community by providing significant sponsorship for Hucknall Sports Youth FC.  Their generous donation has allowed the club to provide brand new training tops for their teams.

Club Chairman Alan Spray said; “The generosity and support we receive from businesses like Harron Homes, especially in today’s difficult financial climate, helps us to build a talented and successful youth football organisation for which we are truly grateful.”

Hucknall Sports is one of the oldest youth football organisations in Nottinghamshire. It was formed in 1977 and operates in both the Young Elizabethan league and the Notts Youth league. Their 26 teams range in age from under 7s through to under 16s and they provide a successful soccer school for four to six year olds. More information can be found on their website www.hucknallsports.com.

The generous contribution to the club is indicative of Harron Homes’ belief in creating a strong sense of community around their developments. They have been responsible for a number of successful developments across Yorkshire and the Midlands and have often provided support to the surrounding charities and organisations.
