Why we love our Yorkshire locations
We have two developments in North Yorkshire: Bishop’s Glade in Ripon and Hockley Croft in Boroughbridge. Ripon and Boroughbridge are have a rural feel to them, yet they are only a short drive from the shops and restaurants in the spa town of Harrogate.
Doncaster, Mapplewell and Barnsley are our three chosen locations in South Yorkshire. Full of pleasant surprises, the region has a passion for music, sport and culture and is a top destination for shopping, family attractions and nightlife.
West Yorkshire is home to a number of charming towns: Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield and Leeds. All, have different things to offer including charming towns, primary and secondary schools, transport links to Leeds City Centre and are only a few miles away from the beautiful countryside.
Snaith in East Yorkshire is the focal point of the local rural area, and is often called the gateway to East Yorkshire. Overlooked by its Priory Church, the ancient market town has a welcoming feel and is home to the famous Snaith sausage, for which visitors come from all over the country. The development is next to a railway link and only 5 miles from the M62 with easy access to Hull, Doncaster, Goole, Leeds and Castleford.
