Leading developer of luxury properties, Harron Homes, has made a contribution of £12,340.80 towards a community CCTV initiative in Snaith.

The scheme, run by Snaith and Cowick Town Council, aims to provide additional security and reassurance for residents using a local park.

Harron Homes’ Manor Farm development, which is due to launch in early 2017 and will provide a mix of luxury two, three and four-bedroom properties, is located in Snaith. The developer has made the donation as part of its commitment to enriching the areas in which it builds new homes.

Councillor John Barrett, from Snaith and Cowick Town Council, said: “I am very grateful for the donation of over £12,000, which is over and above what is required and means that Snaith & Cowick Town Council can complete a worthwhile project for our residents.”

He added: “I do thank the directors of Harron Homes who have worked with me and have been willing to accommodate a great deal of what we needed.”

Katie Charlesworth, Sales Director at Harron Homes, said: “We are delighted to be working with Snaith and Cowick Town Council on this crucial project, which will see a marked improvement in this local community facility, offering residents at Manor Farm, and in Snaith more widely, peace of mind when using the park.

“From ourselves, to the local authorities, to members of the community, it is in everyone’s best interests to do all we can to make Snaith a fantastic place to live, so we were more than happy to play our part in bringing this scheme to fruition.”

Harron Homes builds luxury properties across Yorkshire and the Midlands to the highest standards and specifications.

The Manor Farm development in Snaith will offer a combination of bungalows and detached houses. The various styles suit different needs giving more buyers the opportunity to find their perfect home.
