Ashfield District Council approved Harron Homes’ application to provide an additional 58 four and five-bedroom homes at Sandlands Park, the housebuilder’s sought-after development on the south-western outskirts of the Nottinghamshire town.
The new release of homes will build upon the success of the initial two phases, the latter of which still has a stunning selection of family-sized properties available to reserve and move into.
