Luxury house builder Harron Homes is offering more helpful schemes than ever before, in a bid to make moving into one of its properties as straight forward and accessible as possible for local buyers.

Harron’s Home Move scheme provides buyers with valuable assistance on every step of their purchasing journey. Harron’s experts will liaise with local estate agents to value the property, meaning that the customer won’t be responsible for estate agent fees. It also offers six weeks exclusivity on the buyer’s new home of choice.

Part Exchange is available to all prospective Harron Homes customers who are seeking to sell a property up to the value of £250,000 (in some exclusive developments, it’s £350,000). The scheme negates the need for a ‘chain’ as the purchaser is guaranteed a cash buyer, and therefore makes the buying experience more secure. People who take advantage of the scheme will also be able to stay in their old property until their new Harron home is ready.

The Stamp Duty holiday means buyers may be thousands of pounds better off. With 0% Stamp Duty to pay on homes up to £500,000, many Harron Home purchasers can expect to pay nothing. The average saving will be £4,400 per property according to calculations by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR*) and applies to all houses completed before 31st March 2021.

Help to Buy is available on all Harron Homes and allows purchasers to secure their home with just a five per cent deposit. The scheme is open to first time buyers or those who have sold their previous home and will only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society. The loan can be repaid at any time or on the sale of your home and buyers won’t be charged loan fees on the 20% loan for the first five years of owning their new home.

All UK Armed Forces personnel employed by the Army, Navy or RAF as well as anyone who served in the wars in Afghanistan or Iraq qualify for the Harron Homes Armed Forces Discount Scheme. Military servicemen and women will be offered a £500 contribution for every £25,000 on the cost of the new property they are buying, up to a maximum £5,000 contribution.

Throughout the remainder of 2020, Key Workers including those who work in the education, food, and transport industries can secure a £5,000 discount off the headline price on their new Harron Home, as well as £1,000 of vouchers to use on Harron’s Excellence range.

Harron Homes also offers tailored packages to help buyers move into a beautiful new home. These might include matching a deposit to secure lower mortgage repayments, assisting with associated legal fees or helping buyers to personalise their new home with everyday essentials.

“There are plenty of ways that we can help you find your dream home,” says Alison Taylor-Shaw Sales and Marketing Director for Yorkshire. “We’re here to assist you in any way we can and make moving as easy as possible, so get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest.”

Harron Homes Sales Executives are now back in the office and customers are able to view show homes by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling the development or by visiting www.harronhomes.co.uk.
