We’ve been donning our best Christmas jumpers to raise money for two important charities, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and Martin House Children’s Hospice.
From our head offices in Morley to our developments across the North Midlands and Yorkshire, our colleagues have banded together to get into the festive spirit and help those in need this Christmas.
Since their inception in 1998, Bluebell Wood has been supporting hundreds of children across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, providing an alternative to hospital care for those struggling with chronic conditions.
The organisation’s care also extends to family members, allowing exhausted parents to take some much-needed me-time, and supporting parents and siblings during their child’s final moments.
Martin House was formally opened by the Duchess of Kent in 1987 to support children with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Yorkshire. The organisation also provides services surrounding bereavement, antenatal and neonatal support, and educational services for professionals.
We’d like to thank our generous staff for their enthusiasm in getting involved this year.
