Priory Celtic FC, based in Kimberly, Nottinghamshire, which sits between Harron’s Shipley Lakeside development in Heanor and Sandlands Park in Hucknall, are the latest football team to benefit from Harron’s sponsorship.
A £250 donation covered half the cost of 15 new kits, providing a much needed overhaul of the kits for the U13 boys.
As a Community Standard Football Club, Priory Celtic trains boys and girls of all ages, with 40 teams spanning as young as U7s, up to veterans.
Harron is a keen supporter of local youth sport having sponsored two other football teams this year; Eckington Boys & Belles Football Club in Derbyshire, and Bracken Lane Primary Academy in Retford.
Anthony Murdock, who coaches the U13s team said, “We’re delighted by Harron’s donation, with so many kids to keep kitted up every bit of assistance helps.”
