We have welcomed Sales Manager Bev Lawson-Reynolds to our Yorkshire team. Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, Bev will be overseeing developments across East Yorkshire including York Vale Gardens in Howden, Castle Gardens in Pontefract, Chariot’s Keep in Driffield, Far Grange Meadows in Selby, and The Hawthornes in Carlton.
Bev’s experience in the new homes industry spans more than 25 years across a variety of roles. She said, “Owning my first new build was the spark that started it all for me. I loved the process and knew I wanted to be involved in helping other people experience that same excitement. Over the years I’ve worked in a range of roles, from advising customers to managing the sales teams, and I still get the same buzz from seeing a development grow into a thriving community.”
Day to day, Bev’s role involves leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to the highest of standards, supporting our team and our customers throughout their journey.
“The most rewarding part of my job is seeing everything come together,” she explained. “From those early planning stages through to launch, and finally welcoming families into their new homes, it’s all incredibly satisfying. It’s not just about making houses; it’s about creating places where people can call home and build their lives.”
Having spent most of her life in East Yorkshire, Bev brings strong local knowledge and a deep appreciation of the region. Away from work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
“I live with my husband and our son Harry. We’ve got horses at home, so my days off are usually spent riding the horses or walking the dogs. It’s a lovely way to unwind.”
