Complete a Harron Homes Part Exchange application form, alongside signing our Terms and Conditions documentation
Pre-book a further appointment with your Sales Executive, in order for us to present you with your Part Exchange offer
We will make arrangements for two local independent estate agents to visit your existing property in order to carry out the valuations
Upon acceptance of our offer to Part Exchange your home, a reservation fee of £500 becomes payable to secure your new home
Congratulations, your sale and purchase has been secured all you have to do now is exchange contracts by the agreed date

The part-exchange service benefits buyers looking to move up the property ladder and whose existing home is worth at least 30% less than the value of the new Harron property.
