Mayor officially opens brand new show homes for Doncaster development

opens brand new showhomeThe show homes at Harron Homes’ Heatherfields development have been officially declared open, after the Elected Mayor of Doncaster, Ros Jones, revisited the site to take a look at some of the first homes to be completed.

The Mayor was invited to unveil the show homes after she selected the marketing name and declared the major regeneration scheme open at the first phase of the development in July 2015.

Potential buyers are now being encouraged to visit the new show homes at the Heatherfields development, which comprise of two four-bedroom properties, to help visualise what it might be like to buy a property there.

Katie Charlesworth, Sales Director at Harron Homes, said, “We were delighted to welcome back the Mayor to see progression we’ve made on this exciting development and join us for the unveiling of the show homes.

“The homes are already in high demand as they are ideal for growing families looking for a luxury property.

Harron Homes has transformed the former Rossington Colliery by constructing an initial 70 luxury homes on the site. A total of 1,200 properties will be built at Torne Park eventually plus commercial buildings, including food retail, a school and a health centre.
