Leading housebuilder Harron Homes has recently welcomed an experienced Sales Advisor to the team at its sought-after development of family-sized homes in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
Jane Jubb, was appointed to the position at Amberwood Chase, a stunning collection of expertly-crafted three and four-bedroom homes on the outskirts of the popular minster town, in September 2019.
The Sheffield resident has brought a wealth of sales experience to her new role, having previously spent a period of 12 years as a Field Sales Manager for Jones Homes, before which she worked both on site and in field sales for Stonebridge Homes.
Jane first heard about the position when she was contacted by Amanda Thomas, Sales Manager for Harron Homes Yorkshire, with whom she had worked in the past.
“Having the opportunity to work with Amanda again has meant that I’ve been able to enter a new job knowing that I’m reporting to a Sales Manager who understands me and the way that I work,” explains Jane, “and I’m really enjoying being able to focus on selling without feeling micro-managed.
“I was attracted to working with Harron because I was aware of the high quality of the houses that it produces, and this is displayed through the really beautiful showhomes that we have at Amberwood Chase.”
On a day-to-day basis, Jane’s role sees her offering her expert advice to potential customers, whether those who physically visit the development or those getting in touch online or via telephone.
“What I’m enjoying most about this new position is having the chance to help people to realise their homebuying dreams and making them come true for them,” she continues.
“Being with the customers throughout the entire purchasing process is a really special opportunity, which allows you to build up a strong relationship and get to know them on a human level.
“I’m happy to say that I’ve settled in nicely with the team at Harron and am relishing the opportunity to continue selling homes and enjoying my new-found responsibilities.”
Jane, who has two sons, Josh, 28, and Thomas, 27, married her long-time partner, John, earlier this year, with whom she lives on a six-acre farm with their cat, two dogs, flock of sheep, 30 Sebastopol geese, and a lamb named Flopsy.
In her spare time, she enjoys caring for the animals on the farm, or pursuing the simple joys of gardening.
