Here at Harron Homes we understand that moving can sometimes be stressful. Our aim is to ensure that you have all of the information you need when you are buying your new home. We endeavour to make your experience informative yet also enjoyable every step of the way. We pride ourselves on listening to your needs and delivering you the home of your dreams.

On reserving your dream home, you will receive your ‘Home Reservation Box File’ which contains important documents such as the ‘Home File’ to help guide you through the process. Your Sales Executive will also take you through the reservation process and will give you a date for exchange of contracts, which is 28 days from your reservation date. They will then keep you up to date at every stage of the purchasing process ensuring you receive regular updates. The Home File contains a very useful reservation and mortgage checklist to help you understand what you need to do as soon you reserve your new home.

You will also have the opportunity to book an appointment for you to discuss the Excellence range, giving you the chance to personalise your home to reflect your individual taste and needs.

We will tell you the estimated completion date as to when your new home will be ready to move into at the point of reserving your new home. We will always try to ensure that your new home is ready for your occupation by the estimated date on your reservation form, but it is important to remember that this is an estimated date and we cannot take into account every eventuality.

The ‘Move in File’ is another document we have created to help make your move as easy as possible, containing a step by step guide to the remaining stages of your home, including what happens on move in day.

Before your legal completion, we will arrange for you to have a personalised and informative new home tour and demonstration with our sales and construction team.  We want you to fully understand your new home, when you move in. They will guide you through your new home showing you where everything is located and offer you advice on general home maintenance.

On the day of legal completion, the Sales Executive on the development will give you a courtesy call to let you know that you have officially legally completed on your new home and they will invite you to site so you can look around your new property prior to the keys being released. You will also have peace of mind in the knowledge that our dedicated customer service team will be on hand to help you with any future enquiries, and also that your new Harron home is covered by a NHBC or LABC 10 year warranty.
