Your next steps to securing your new Harron Home:

Step 1

Have an in-depth chat with one of our dedicated Independent Financial Advisors

Step 2

Complete a Harron Homes Part Exchange application form, alongside signing our Terms and Conditions documentation

Step 3

Pre-book a further appointment with your Sales Executive, in order for us to present you with your Part Exchange offer

Step 4

We will make arrangements for two local independent estate agents to visit your existing property in order to carry out the valuations

Step 5

Upon acceptance of our offer to Part Exchange your home, a reservation fee of £500 becomes payable to secure your new home

Step 6

Congratulations, your sale and purchase has been secured all you have to do now is exchange contracts by the agreed date

All offers subject to Harron Homes terms & conditions. The part-exchange service benefits buyers looking to move up the property ladder and whose existing home is worth at least 30% less than the value of the new Harron property. Part exchange is only available upto a maximum existing home value of £300,000 and may vary across developments. Subject to satisfactory homebuyers report.
