In light of the recent media claims about a dip in quality across the housebuilding industry we are proud to be introducing a series of robust procedures to enable us to deliver the exacting standard of new homes that our valued purchasers truly deserve.
As a reputable and successful builder of new homes we are dedicated to providing the best possible homes and service and this is why we have recently undergone a stringent review of our current customer service procedures and introduced a brand new quality control guarantee process which will see every home being inspected at each key stage of the build process which includes over 500 individual quality control check points.
The Harron Homes Quality Guarantee scheme was launched in April 2017 and includes:
- A quality control book for each property that we build, containing over 440 individual key inspection points which will be monitored and checked for compliance by the entire management team.
- A new team of Customer Relation Managers (CRMs) who will personally check every property we build and carry out an additional 80 Point Check List before the purchaser is invited to inspect their new home, also conducting the new home tour and demonstration with our purchaser prior to legal occupation taking place.
- A new set of procedures that will see the customer communicated with at six separate intervals after completion:
- On the day of legal completion a courtesy call prior to the site closing.
- 72 hour courtesy visit by the site manager and sales executive.
- Seven day courtesy call/visit by the site manager.
- 10 day welcome letter from our customer services team.
- 14 day call from a contracts manager.
- A personal call from one of our board directors after 28 days.
